Owners Tom and Marie Listvan established Listvan, Inc. in 1979. They have three daughters; Lisa, Lindsay, and Hannah. They are also the proud grandparents of a grandchildren, Hadley Hope born in June 2004 and Hudson Mathew born on July 4th 2006 to Lindsay and Matt Nobliski. |
| Roger Latuszek, team leader of our HVAC installation crew, has worked at Listvan, Inc. since 1989! Roger & wife Rebecca have two children. He also enjoys snowmobiling, hunting and fishing. |

Melinda Smith has been employed with Listvan, Inc. since 1991 performing general office duties. Melinda and husband Dan have three grown children and have been happily married for many years. |
| Judith Phillips has been employed with Listvan, Inc. since 1993. she is our billing expert and does her work accurately and efficiently. Judy also does scheduling for routine maintenance check-ups for heating, A/C and water conditioning equipment. |

John Arnold is a helper to Roger on jobsites. His various talents in both the plumbing and heating fields have been credited for finishing jobs on time with excellent quality. |
